Digital Pozzolanic Batching
High-grade NTPC pulverized fly ash is combined with Grade-53 OPC cement, slaked lime, and graded stone dust using computerized load-cell weighing.

High-Tonnage Vibro-Compaction
The semi-dry mix is compressed under 150 to 200 tonnes of hydraulic pressure combined with high-frequency vibration, expelling all micro air cavities.

Pond & Water-Sprinkler Curing
Bricks undergo 14 to 21 days of continuous water curing in dedicated curing yards to crystallize calcium silicate hydrates for rock-solid hardness.

In-House CTM Strength Testing
Samples from every production run are crushed on our calibrated digital Compression Testing Machine (CTM) to certify compressive strength and density.

Direct Tipper Fleet Dispatch
Systematically palletised bricks are loaded directly onto company-managed tipper trucks for direct, breakage-free delivery straight to your construction site.
